A second reason is that I have always had slower cars than the cops :-)
Third reason, for lack of tickets ... I rode a motorcycle to work as soon as I could afford one, years before I could afford a car after I was married. Three of those parking tickets were for parking the bike in the wrong place way back when I worked in Auckland.
